Jazz Night: Bumpin'

Bumpin’ brings a bold mix of jazz, funk, and punk energy to the room. Forest Carter on drums lays down powerful grooves with precision and creativity. Noah Baumeister on electric bass bridges jazz training with post punk edge, adding drive and shape to the band’s sound. Lee Steck on vibraphone layers bright melodic textures and rhythmically rich solos. Performing together since 2023, the trio moves easily between dynamic originals and imaginative covers. The result is a high energy, modern, soulful sound that is always fun and unpredictable. Bumpin’ released their first album, Hunt, in 2025. It is available through all the normal streaming services.
