About the event
Radical Yiddish Diasporic Festival
Catch internationally acclaimed Yiddish luminaries Daniel Kahn (Germany) + Jake Shulman-Ment (Brooklyn), A Glezele Tey (Massachusetts), Jordan Wax (NM), and special guests for a one-of-a-kind confluence on its way through New Mexico. Ballads of a resilient diaspora, songs that subvert borders, tear down flags, lament oppression, and celebrate freedom. Join us in manifesting what Daniel Kahn terms “Radical Yiddish Autonomy”: a robust, independent diasporic culture that stands transnationally against fascism and violence.
